Renovation of a water / sewer project in Roseville, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The City of Roseville (City) Environmental Utilities Department intends to replace the existing Administration and Laboratory Building at the Dry Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant (DCWWTP). The scope of work includes demolition of the existing building, including portions of the parking lot and underground utilities, and construction of new building, new utilities, and new parking lot. The City is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for this project. Deadline for final questions: May 10th, 2025 at 5 p.m. Bids will be examined and reported to the City Council within sixty (60) business days after the bid opening. Except as permitted by applicable law, no Bidder may withdraw its bid for a period of sixty (60) business days after the date of bid opening. Each Bidder will be notified of any award of the Contract by the City. The City will affirmatively ensure non-discrimination on the basis of one or more of the following: race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, physical disability, mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, sex, age, sexual orientation, or military and veteran status in the award and administration of contracts that it awards.
