The City of Roseville is soliciting proposals for the materials and labor to complete the following project located at 311 Vernon Street, Roseville, CA 95678. 1. Tenant improvement in the finance area for the intergeneration of a support space for the existing council chambers; 2. Renovation of finishes and lighting replacement within the existing council chambers; and 3. Addition of a new entry lobby to the existing council chambers. BONDS: Bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount is required. A labor and materials payment bond and a faithful performance bond in the amount of 100% of the total amount of the bid shall be furnished by the successful bidder in accordance.
