Base Bid Scope of Work Contractor to provide all wiring, bolting, hardware, and equipment for the installations listed below. The Level 3 charging equipment requires fiberoptic connections between the units being installed. Contractor to include fiber-optic connectivity as part of their scope. All commissioning coordination to be included as part of the contractor's work. Product to be tested, calibrated, and delivered in fully functional state to the City upon completion. The City (or City consultant, Construction Manager) will submit for permitting. Contractor must maintain a faithful construction bond. The project may need to be completed in up to 3 mobilizations. 1. Install 6 PCS charging units (ABB 6AGC081325) 6 PCS units have been purchased by City Per ZEBD Phase 2 plans: Install PCS # 4,5,8,9,10,11 2. Install 21 EVD dispensing units (ABB 6AGC08140) associated with the 6 PCS units 18 EVD units have been purchased by City 3 EVD units to be purchased by contractor to match existing equipment. 3. [REVISED] Purchase and Install 16 Level 2 chargers (Updated 5/27/25 to FordFPC-AC0048ZC-U) and associated equipment. 16 Level 2 chargers 8 pedestal mounts with dual retraction (Ford Pedestals FPC-PO0096DZ-UAA - dual sided) 2 pedestal power distribution panels 2 transformers Power, data conduits, and wiring per ZEBD Phase 2 plans. Associated trenching, concrete, and asphalt works. 4. Install 58 protective bollards (4" Concrete Filled) Area where bollards to be installed is paved and has substantial electrical infrastructure under the pavement. Bollards will require shallow footings in some areas and must be vacuum excavated. After installation of the footings, the areas will need to be restored with AC pavement. Contractor to match existing 4" diameter 48" tall bollards, painted yellow, with reflective banding. Contractor to provide all materials. Add-Alternate Scope of Work As an optional add-alternate service: 5. Install 17 wheel stops in existing parking area part of the ZEBD fleet parking area. Contractor to provide (17) wheel stops matching existing parking at north row of fleet parking area. 6.
