The City of Sale City is requesting qualifications for selection of an Engineering Firm to provide consulting services for DWSRF Water System Improvement funded by the Georgia Environmental finance authority. Services will include, but are not limited to, unding assistance, topographic survey of project area as necessary to develop plans, development of bid documents, permitting, assistance with advertising for bids and conducting pubic bid opening, examination of bids and recommendation of award of construction contract, contract administration, and construction review. Statements of qualifications are being requested from Engineering Firms with a strong record in successfully assisting local governments with the administration of GEFA Assisted Projects. Responding firms should be technically qualified and licensed in the State of Georgia to provide these services. Information which should be submitted for our evaluation is as follows: 1) History of firm and resources 2) Technical approach 3) Experience and qualifications 4) Experience with Federal/State Funding programs (GEFA/CDBG/USDA/ARPA, etc.) 4) Project timeline 5) Errors and Omissions Insurance 6) References 7) Statement of Qualifications Form A Selection Committee will receive and evaluate Statements of Qualifications submitted in response to this RFQ using the provided scoring criteria and will select a firm through a qualifications-based selection process. The City of Sale City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Statements of Qualifications and to waive informalities in the qualifications process.
