Site work for a civil project in Sale City, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; water / sewer project; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Sealed bids for the construction of Water System Improvements - Division II will be received at Sale City Hall. The project consists of main well modifications, back-up well modifications, replacement of existing water meters with new AMR water meters (specifically, provide and install approximately 180 5/8" x 3/4" AMR water meters, approximately 25 1" AMR water meters, approximately 9 2" AMR water meters, approximately 214 backflow preventers, furnishing meter reading device/associated necessary software and facilitating training), providing and installing 1 new 150KW/187.5KVA, 480/277V, 3 phase, 4 wire standby diesel generator, along with generator control panel, generator enclosure, non-automatic transfer switch, concrete generator pad, complete electrical appurtenances, generator start up services, and all additional appurtenances needed for complete installation, along with the replacement of approximately 731 LF of water main with new 8" PVC water main and approximately 183 LF of water main with new 6" PVC water main, including fittings, valves, fire hydrants, services and all other items indicated in the contract documents. Bids will be received for a single prime contract on a lump sum and/or unit price basis, with any alternate bid items if indicated in the Bid Form.
