Bids must be submitted to Aleesha Robinson at Tybee Island City Hall, 403 Butler Avenue, Tybee Island, GA 31328. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the Public Safety Building Conference Room with a site visit to follow. Direct all questions in writing to Aleesha Robinson at aleesha.robinson@cityoftybee.gov. The City of Tybee Island, GA may reject any, any part of, or all bids and proposals, waive informalities and technicalities, negotiate directly with any party submitting a bid or proposal, or accept that proposal which the City of Tybee Island, GA deems to be in its best interest, whether or not it is the lowest dollar proposal.
