Site work and paving for a civil project in Rose Valley, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
4 miles of road construction summary of work is as follows: * Approximately 4 miles of road construction on RGE Rd 2140 between TWP 020 South to ighwayTWP 012. * Constructing the road to a minimum standard of an 8 meter top, 4:1 slopes, full reclamation of the ditches. * The installation of culverts if necessary so as to not impede the natural flow of water (the RM will supply the culverts). * The installation of approaches for farm equipment to have access to the fields on each quarter section. * RM will supply grass type, contractor to seed. * The RM will supply the gravel. Each approach shall have a 30 meter setback from an intersection. Culverts should be set back away from the center of the approach in order to aid the RM's annual mowing program. A start date and completion date of the project must be stated clearly in submitted tender. The RM is responsible for all landowners permissions needed. Tenders must be accompanied by a Letter of Good Standing with WCB, a list of equipment with rates. The lowest of any Tender will not necessarily be accepted.
