Renovation of a stadium in Martensville, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
Sealed Bids will be received by RMIS Engineering (RMIS) for a roof drainage replacement tender. The work will include for the removal of the existing eavestroughs and down spouts and replacement with new including the construction of a pre-cast concrete surface swale at grade The bids shall be stipulated sum. Partial or incomplete bids will not be accepted. Limited unit price work is included. The Work is anticipated to begin within 2 weeks of Notice to Proceed; the completion date is October 30, 2025. Bidders must be qualified to perform the work. A bid security in the amount of 10% of the bid must accompany each bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and will not necessarily accept the lowest bid. This project is subject to the City of Martensville Purchasing Policy 11-92 including Schedule C - Indigenous Procurement Protocol. For questions, contact engineering@rmiseng.ca.
