Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Martensville, Saskatchewan. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Upgrades to Centennial Drive between 3rd Street North and Baycroft Drive. The goal of this project is to upgrade this section of Centennial Drive to an urban cross section. In addition to the design of the roadway (including sidewalks/pathways), drainage must be considered as part of this design. Existing and potential future access points onto Centennial drive must be considered as part of this project. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals from engineering consultants for design services is underway. Construction timelines are yet to be determined. The city is requesting that the majority of data collection and design work be completed in 2024, however some carryover into 2025 would be acceptable. Further update pending award of contract. *Budget is unreleased.
