Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Martensville, Saskatchewan. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Upgrades to Centennial Drive between 3rd Street North and Baycroft Drive. The goal of this project is to upgrade this section of Centennial Drive to an urban cross section. In addition to the design of the roadway (including sidewalks/pathways), drainage must be considered as part of this design. Existing and potential future access points onto Centennial drive must be considered as part of this project. TIMELINE: An RFP for engineering services was issued in 2024; an awarded vendor has not been released for publication. Scope of work and project schedules may be updated in the future pending owner's decision to proceed with design or construction. Coverage of this report is discontinued. *Budget is unreleased.
