Description

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Indialantic, Florida. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Town of Indialantic, Florida, is seeking qualifications and proposals from landscape architecture, engineering, and planning firms for the preparation of conceptual plans for improvements to, and extension of the boardwalk, and other improvements to the pedestrian and vehicular systems along the waterfront extending from James H. Nance Park to the southerly end of the parking area on Wave Crest Avenue. The firm should have experience in Florida for the planning, design and permitting of improvements in a sensitive coastal environment, as well as conducting a robust public engagement process. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted and to waive any informalities. During the evaluation process, additional information or clarifications from proposers may be required. The Town of Indialantic is an equal employment opportunity, non-discriminatory workplace.
