Building 110 is a 213,799 square foot industrial and manufacturing building, hosting numerous manufacturing processes in a partial 2-story, red brick, modified rectangular plan. Ceilings in production areas are open to the underside of roof structure with top of roofs ranging from 35 to 117 feet high. This Phase I will be a design build contract.
