The trades included are general construction, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and site. The rooms included are an open office, auto mechanic office, storage, receiving dock, vehicle repair, staff and bus driver breakrooms, 4 toilet rooms, mechanical room and compressor room. Site work includes gravel parking. driveway, bus parking loading dock, and storm water management. The date of commencement of the Work shall be THE NOTICE TO PROCEED. The Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion of the entire Work not later than September 29, 2025. Partial reimbursement, in an amount equal to the full amount of such deposit for one set of plans and specifications per unsuccessful bidder or non-bidder less the actual cost of reproduction of the plans and specifications, shall be made for the return of all other copies of the plans and specifications in good condition within thirty (30) days following the award of the contract or the rejection of the bids covered by such plans and specifications.
