Renovation of a fire / police facility in Bismarck, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 3,600-square-foot fire / police facility.
POTENTIAL BIDDERS Your firm is invited to submit an offer under seal to Architect for renovation of a facility. This project includes the renovation of approximately 3,600 SF of existing office space and restrooms. The newly renovated space will include offices and shower/ locker rooms. The Prime contracts include General, Mechanical, and Electrical contracts. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount. Refer to other bidding requirements described in Document 00 2113 - Instructions to Bidders.Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided. Bidders may supplement this form as appropriate. The first envelope shall include the bid security and a copy of the bidder's contractor license issued by the State of North Dakota. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
