Renovation of a municipal facility in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Town of Stella will be accepting proposals for repair of the roof on the Stella Town Hall, 2496 CTH C, Rhinelander, Wisconsin Place a 50-mil roof system on the existing roof. The prince includes but is not exclusive to: install 2x4's around roof edges, install flute filler insulation, install two layers of 1 1/2 " ISO insulation cover sheets (seams staggered and all will be mechanically attached to the roof deck), install custom made curbs, install 24 gauge T-Edgining to water run off edge, install two piece 24 gauge compression metal on the non-water run off edges, all work must be performed in a neat workmanlike manner and remove all roof debris from premises. Project is at the Stella Town Hall, 2496 CTH C, Rhinelander, WI 54501.
