Birchwood Center Boiler Replacement: Nicolet College Rhinelander Campus The Nicolet College District is currently soliciting bids for the Birchwood Center Boiler Replacement at the main campus, located at 5364 College Drive, Rhinelander, Wisconsin. Questions due, Monday, February 24, 2025. No bid shall be received unless accompanied by a scanned copy of a certified check or a bid bond as listed in the bid documents. The check should be payable to the College as a guaranty that if the bid is accepted the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and performance and payment bonds within the time limited by the College. If the successful bidder so files the contract and bond, upon the execution of the contract by the College the check shall be returned. In the case the successful bidder fails to file such contract and bond the amount of the check or bid bond shall be forfeited as liquidated damages. Awarded contractor will be required to send the bid bonds as listed in the bid documents within 5 days of execution of the contract. Bids received after the date and time specified will be rejected. We cannot and will not, under any circumstance accept late bids. All bids submitted must be guaranteed for a period of at least sixty (60) days following the date of bid opening. Substantial completion date for the project to be August 15, 2025. Nicolet College reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject all bids.
