As of August 15, 2025, this project has been completed. The estimated project cost is $125,000. Oneida County Dispatch Fire Suppression System Replacement The Oneida County Facilities Committee will review the bids at their next meeting following the bid opening. Oneida County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid it deems most advantageous to the county. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks: Design and Engineering: Conduct a comprehensive site assessment of the dispatch center and dispatch server room to determine the specific fire suppression needs. Design a fire suppression system that integrates seamlessly with the existing infrastructure, adhering to all relevant safety standards and regulations. Provide detailed engineering drawings and specifications for the proposed system. System Components: Supply and install the Intergen fire suppression system, including but not limited to: o Control panels o Suppression agents o Discharge nozzles o Detection and alarm systems Ensure all electrical requirements for the system are fully addressed. Ensure all components are UL listed and FM approved for use in correctional facilities. Demolition and Installation: Prepare the site for installation, including any demo of the existing pre-action system, removal of demoed material. Install the system in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines and applicable building codes. Coordinate with maintenance and jail security personnel to minimize disruptions and maintain security protocols during installation
