As of April 08, 2025, this project was awarded to Musson Brothers, Inc., awarded amount is $6,613,895.77. The contract consists of the following proposed scope of work and approximate quantities: 8-inch PVC Sanitary Sewer 4,690 lineal feet 8-inch Water Main 5,360 lineal feet Street Reconstruction 22,000 square yards 12, 15, 18, 21, 24, 30 and 36-inch Storm Sewer 5,440 lineal feet 24-inch Concrete Curb & Gutter 11,100 lineal feet 4-inch and 6-inch Concrete Sidewalk 14,450 square feet Grass Restoration 9,800 square yards Hot-Mix Asphalt Pavement 4,520 tons Renovation of the existing lift station including the replacement of the pumps, rails, piping, and valves as well as the replacement of the existing control panel and integration of the new system with the City's existing SCADA system. Appurtenances to the above construction items, such as service laterals and manholes are included, but are not listed above.
