The CONTRACTOR shall commence Work to be performed under this Agreement within ten (10) consecutive calendar days of the issuance of a Notice to Proceed by the OWNER. The Work shall achieve Substantial Completion within 380 consecutive calendar days of the Notice to Proceed, and Final Completion of all Work within 410 consecutive calendar days of the Notice to Proceed
