Renovation of a multi-residential development in Westfield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Project consists of but is not limited to: Replacement of gas-fired equipment (stoves, dryers, water heaters) with electric type; removal of boilers and hydronic heating system (piping, pumps, etc.); installation of new heat pumps; and sitewide electric service upgrade. General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternates), and made payable to the Westfield Housing Authority. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work, Electrical, and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement.
