Renovation of a multi-residential development in Westfield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Project consists of but is not limited to: Replacement of gas-fired equipment (stoves, dryers, water heaters) with electric type; removal of boilers and hydronic heating system (piping, pumps, etc.); installation of new heat pumps; and sitewide electric service upgrade. General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternates), and made payable to the Westfield Housing Authority. Filed sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified for the trades listed below and bidders must include a current DCAMM Sub-Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Sub-Bidder's Update Statement.
