Webb County is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to seek qualified and capable firms to provide construction management & consulting services on an as-needed basis for various capital improvement projects throughout the duration of the negotiated contract term. The selected firm shall be responsible for providing comprehensive construction management services and overseeing all aspects of County construction and infrastructure projects designated by the Webb County Commissioners Court to include but not limited to the development of a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manual for the management of public construction projects. The firm selected will assist in the successful execution of capital improvement projects by providing management and technical support throughout the project lifecycle. This document outlines the requirements, selection process and documentation necessary to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) in response to this RFQ.
