Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Laredo, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 10,930-square-foot municipal facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.
This project consists of constructing a turn-key maintenance facility building at the Solid Waste Department which includes a septic system, and a control system to manage and regulate the distribution of lube and chemicals Construction contract time for the project is (240) working days Bidders are expressly advised to review SectionC-3.10 of the General Conditions of the proposed Contract as to the causes which may lead to the disqualification of a bidder and/or the rejection of a bid proposal. Unless all bids are rejected, the Owner agrees to give Notice of Award of Contract to the successful bidder within ninety (90) days of the bid opening Further, on federally funded projects only, contractor must comply with the Federal Labor Standards Provision, Davis Bacon Act, Equal Opportunity Clause, Wage Determination and HUD and Urban Development Federal Requirements especially as it regards payrolls and basic records.
