PNNL and the Office of Radiological Security (ORS) are interested in receiving pricing proposal from your company in support of Sentry-RMS installation, Tech refresh and other security enhancements at the University of Pittsburgh Medical facilities as listed on the attached Statement of Work (SOW), Attachment 2. The SOW is classified as "Official Use Only", its password protected and it should be treated as such. I will follow up with the password in a separate email. Please find attached the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents comprising a total of five (5) attachments, plus the cover letter. Please note page 3 of the RFP cover letter which includes our anticipated procurement schedule. Please ensure your proposal reply includes the following: Completed and signed RFP form (Attachment 1) Completed Representation and Certifications (Attachment 3). Completed Proposal Pricing Form (Attachment 4) (excel) with all applicable Tabs filled out. Please include pricing support for the proposal prices and rates for ALL labor categories, skill mix, and materials including consumables. Pricing support could include but not limited to, a published price list/catalog price; labor rates breakdown; estimated hours and skill-mix; a screenshot of your internal pricing system; redacted invoices to other customers for similar services/materials (with customer redacted), etc. If labor rates and materials are offered under a General Service Administration (GSA) schedule, please include the GSA Contract number and a copy of the Contract in your proposal. Statement of acceptance of DBA Standard Labor Wage Determination (Attachment 5) Technical proposal to include all technical documents as requested in the RFP. Note: A mandatory Onsite (In-Person) Pre-Proposal Conference/Meeting and Job walkdown are scheduled for March 11 - 12, 2025 at the University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
