The Government of the Northwest Territories (GNWT), Procurement Share Services (PSS) on behalf of the Department of Infrastructure is requesting tenders from qualified Bidders for the establishment of a NON EXCLUSIVE Offer Agreement for the provision of Plumbing, Heating, and Gasfitting Services in the Beaufort Delta Region on an "If, As, and When" required basis in accordance with the terms, conditions and requirements contained herein. Term of Agreement: April 01, 2025 to March 31, 2026 The If, As, and When Plumbing, Heating, Gas Fitting & Oil Burner Mechanic Services shall include, but not be limited to, inspection, adjustment, repair, refurbishment, replacement, supply and installation of components in, on, or around Government of the Northwest Territories owned and operated assets within Inuvik, Fort McPherson, Tsiigehtchic, Tuktoyaktuk, Sachs Harbour, Paulatuk & Ulukhaktok. and other communities in the Beaufort Delta Region if required. Contractor shall be responsible to obtain any permits that will be required in order to perform work under this SOA. Permit costs will be reimbursed.
