The Government of the Northwest Territories (GNWT), Procurement Shared Services (PSS) on behalf of the Department of Infrastructure (INF), is requesting tenders from qualified Bidders for the provision of Professional Janitorial Services for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Detachment in the community of Inuvik, NT. Term of Agreement: April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026 CONTRACT TERM: The Service Contract term shall commence on April 01, 2025 and shall continue in force for one (1) year ending (March 31, 2026) unless otherwise terminated in accordance with this Agreement. The GNWT reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to extend the Service Contract for two (2) additional terms of one (1) year each. Enquiries During the Solicitation Period: All questions or enquiries ("Enquiries") concerning this Tender must be in writing and be submitted no later than two (2) Business Days prior to the Submission Deadline. Questions or enquiries received after that time may not result in an answer being provided. Questions should be directed to the following (the "Contact Person"): All questions that the potential bidders will have during the site visit are to be submitted to psstendersinuvik@gov.nt.ca after the visit. No questions will be taken during the actual visit. All questions during the site visit will be answered by way of addendum. The lowest or any bid will not necessarily be accepted. The GNWT reserves the right to cancel the RFT, in whole or in part, at any time for any reason whatsoever, and may at the sole option of the GNWT re-issue the same thereafter, without incurring any liability to any Bidder and no Bidder shall have any claim against the GNWT.
