Remove seven rooftop gas-package mechanical units and replace them with heat pump package units, including ALC integration. Remove and replace one exhaust fan with like-in-kind equipment. Question and Clarifications Due Date and Time: April 7, 2025, 1:00pm It is anticipated that Work on the Project will be required to commence on or about June 1, 2025. The anticipated time of completion is within thirty (30) calendar days after the commencement date specified in City's Notice to Proceed.
