As of May 14, 2025 project was awarded to JH Contracting, LLC in the amount $252,001.75 furnishing all necessary materials, equipment, plant, labor, superintendence and incidentals required for the construction of: City of Woodway 2025 Parking Lot Rehabilitation. Major Items of Work Include Approximately: Rehabilitation of the parking lot located City of Woodway Pavilion at the Carleen Bright Arboretum. The total area to be rehabilitated is approximately 42,000 square feet. Bids must be submitted on the bid forms provided and must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the penal sum approximately equal to and not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the base bid, payable without recourse to the Owner. The Security may be in the form of a certified cashier's check or a bidder's bond in the same amount from a reliable surety company approved to do business in the State of Texas as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and execute a 100 percent performance bond and a 100 percent payment bond and guaranty forms provided within ten (10) days after notice of award of contract to him. Bids not accompanied by a cashier's check or proposal bond will not be considered. The City of Woodway reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities. T
