Automated Gate Maintenance, Inspection & Repairs The City of Coral Springs is seeking a qualified contractor(s) to establish a contract for the maintenance, inspection and repairs of automated gates located throughout various city facilities. The contract will ensure that the automated gates remain fully functional with timely repair services provided as needed, along with regular inspections and preventive maintenance. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for any and all services under the contract. Travel time shall not be counted in service time. Hourly rates quoted shall include all cost other than parts and materials. Parts and materials shall be reimbursed at Contractor's cost plus 15%. The City reserves the right to audit the Contractor's supplier invoices for materials and parts upon request. The contract term will be for two (2) years with two (2) additional two (2) year renewal option.
