The City of Coral Springs is accepting applications by contractors to pre-qualify for the purpose of bidding on the construction of the Interior Build-out for Coral Springs Museum of Art. Interested firms must submit a letter of interest and a completed Contractors prequalification Statement and questionnaire. Contractors may be invited to meet with City Staff and/or the City's Representative to discuss their qualifications further. Notice Sent to Pre-Qualified Contractors 06/20/2025 Contractor must have adequate bonding capacity to provide for 100% payment and performance construction bonds for this project. A letter from the Surety Company is requested as evidence of a bonding capacity of a minimum of $5,000,000 for a single project with a capacity to bond up to $10,000,000 for a single project. The last day to submit questions will be Friday, May 23, 2025 by 5:00p.m. Questions received after the stated date and time will not be addressed. CITY reserves the right to reject any or all RFAs, to waive any informalities or irregularities in any RFAs received, to re-advertise for RFAs, or take any other such actions that may be deemed to be in the best interests of the CITY. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
