Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Summerside, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

This project generally includes the replacement of the City Hall HVAC System located at 275 Fitzroy Street. Note: Only registered bidders will have tenders opened. Question Deadline 04/08/2025- Should any person contemplating submitting a Tender for the proposed Contract find discrepancies in or omissions from the drawings, specifications, or other parts of the Contract Documents, or should he be in doubt as to their true meaning, or if he requires additional information concerning the scope of work or the manner in which it must be carried out, he must submit a written request to the Engineer for interpretation a minimum of two clear days prior to tender closing.
