Demolition, site work and addition to a mixed-use development in Blair, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the addition of a transportation facility; for the demolition of a transportation facility; for site work for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.
Furnishing all la-bor, materials and equipment and performing all work necessary to: Corporate Hangar Area Expansion (Sanitary Sewer Improve-ments). In general, this work will require the following approximate quantities: 8" SDR 26 PVC Sanitary Sewer Pipe with bedding (1,511 LF); 6" SDR 23.5 PVC Sanitary Sewer Pipe with bedding (200 LF); 54" I.D. Sanitary Sewer Manhole with Casting (4 EA); NDEE 1,000 GPD Septic System and Leach field (1 LS); Permitting, Silt fence, Seed-ing and Erosion Control . Question Deadline 04/02/2025 A bidder requiring a clarification or interpretation of the project documents shall make a written request to the Owner or Engineer. Questions regarding bids shall be directed to Heather Olson, P.E. at 402.938.2460. Contractors bidding need not be pre-qualified but shall be qualified to do the work. A Certified on-site Wastewater Treatment System (OWT) Professional is required for the percolation testing and Septic System design and installation. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid guaranty in the amount of five (5) percent of the total amount of the bid. The bid guaranty may be a cashier's check, a certified check on a sol-vent bank or a bid bond made payable to Blair Airport Authority.
