Reference Number 0000380654 Job Location: Boulder The Scope of Services in Marine Court Building F include tuck-pointing and window seals at building envelope; replacing all below grade sanitary waste piping and above grade sanitary waste piping serving kitchen sink; replacing carriers at water closets; replacing existing heat trace and providing status monitoring to the Building Automation System; preparing exterior wall and power for future air conditioning units; replacing two (2) existing attic exhaust fans which serve the entire building (One (1) unit is for restroom exhaust and one (1) unit is for kitchen exhaust); providing vents for washer/dryer units; upgrading existing lighting to become LED; replacement of the concrete slab on grade floor due to replacement of sanitary waste piping; modifications to the existing laundry closet; and new Laminate Vinyl Tile (LVT) flooring will be installed on the ground floor, and all units will be repainted. This project objective in Marine Court F, a four (4) plex - two (2) level unoccupied Graduate Family Housing (GFH) Residential building is to get the building back to a rentable condition and make some improvements.
