Site work and renovation of a civil project in Cleveland, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope of Work of the Contract includes Construction of the River Ranch Wastewater Treatment Plant Intruder Resistant Wall for River Ranch One Investments on behalf of River Ranch Municipal Utility District No. 1. For construction contracts $50,000 and over but less than $250,000, the bidder shall submit a certified or cashier's check on a responsible bank in the State equal to two percent (2%) of the maximum total bid amount. For construction contracts over $250,000, the bidder shall submit either a 2% certified or cashier's check or five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. Make the cashier's check or bid bonds payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 90 days from the date bids are opened. Sealed bids will be received until 9:00 a.m., Thursday, April 3rd, 2025, electronically, via the project page on CivcastUSA
