The scope of work for the Alterations at J.F. Tatem Elementary School includes but is not limited to: Alterations to convert an existing Library into multiple Classrooms including all new finishes, wall partitions, electrical power & lighting, suspended acoustical tile ceilings, and modifications & upgrades to the existing HVAC system. Work also includes the installation of a wall with door access control and ceiling modifications at the existing Main Office. The scope of work for the Alterations at E. Haddon Elementary School includes, but is not limited to: Alterations and conversion of existing Classrooms and Library to new Music room, OT/PT, Pre-K & General Classrooms, including installation of new partitions and doors, wall and floor finish replacement, acoustic ceiling and lighting fixture replacement, casework, electrical outlet reconfiguration, mechanical alterations to suit the new configuration and addition of a new toilet room and associated plumbing work in Pre-K classroom. The scope of work for the Alterations at Haddonfield Memorial High School includes but not limited to: Alterations to convert existing main entrance vestibule into a secure vestibule including a new storefront entry system & transaction window, finishes & light fixtures; Alterations to convert General Classrooms into a Fabrication Lab & CPU Lab, including all new finishes, casework, ceilings & lighting, and casework; And Alterations to the existing Large Group Instruction Room, including the infill of existing concrete tiers with new concrete slab to match top floor level, new floor finishes, new lighting fixtures, and electrical outlet reconfiguration. Final Day for Questions to the Architect: Wednesday, March 26th, 2024, by 5:00 PM Notice of Award/Notice to Proceed, on or about: Thursday, April 10th, 2025 Site Mobilization: Monday, June 23rd, 2025 Substantial Completion: Wednesday, August 27th, 2025 All bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., Affirmative Action Against Discrimination (N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.) An Initial Project Workforce Report will be required from the successful contractor.
