Vista Park Reconstruction BASE BID: The Work includes but is not limited to the construction of storm sewerage system, concrete curb, parking lot, recreation path, pickleball courts and mill and overlay of the existing parking lot and associated pavement markings. BID 1: The Work includes the excavation, grading, subbase and placement of bituminous paving of the "loop" recreation path and associated topsoiling, seeding, and matting. Question Deadline 04/02/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Location online portal. A bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price shall be submitted with the bid. A performance bond of one hundred percent (100%) shall be submitted within ten (10) days from the date a bid has been accepted. This project is subject to Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and the prevailing wage rates are incorporated in the bid documents. South Whitehall Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept either in whole or in part any one bid and to accept the bid which it determines in its best interests.
