Description

Site work and renovation of a civil project in Mineral, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: The construction of an elevated storage tank, SCADA system, electrical, and related appurtenances. Each Bid shall be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Bid Bond (on the form included with the Bidding Documents) in the amount Of and shall be payable without condition to Cherokee RWD NO. 4 as a guarantee that the Bidder, if successful, will execute the Agreement and provide an acceptable Contract Bond from an approved surety in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price. Question Deadline Apr 17, 2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
