Township of Ewing, New Jersey, for the Hollowbrook Community Center Partial Window Replacement. The approximate major work items include: 1. Removal and replacement of (12) twelve window units with new architectural grade aluminum windows with project-out bottom units. 2. Location: First floor Nutrition Cafe 131 and second floor Learning Center 220 Bids will be made on standard proposal forms in the manner designated therein as required by the specifications and supplementary specifications, must be enclosed in envelopes (outer and inner), both of which shall be sealed and clearly labeled with the words CONTRACT BID DOCUMENTS, project number, name of Bidder and date and time of bid opening, and addressed to Alexander DeAngelis. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond and made payable to the order of Township of Ewing, in the amount of at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid; provided said check or bid bond shall not exceed $20,000.00. Last day for bidder’s questions shall be 12:00pm on April 4, 2025 The Township of Ewing reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any minor irregularities or informalities in the bids.
