Site work and paving for a civil project in Longview, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
**As of April 23, 2025, project was awarded to SWOFFORD EXCAVATING, awarded amount is $1,288,665.51. The project includes abandonment of 1925 LF of existing 54"storm pipe with cdf, installation of 790 LF of 30" pipe, 1075 LF of 12" pipe, storm water manholes and catch basin structures, associated concrete / asphalt pavement restoration, dewatering, traffic control, and any other incidental work necessary to complete the specified work in accordance with the contract plans, contract provisions and the standard specifications. Technical questions regarding the Plans and Contract Documents should be directed to the City of Longview Project Engineer Ivona Kininmonth ativonak@ci.longview.wa.us or phone 360.442.5208. Cash, cashier's check, certified check and/or bid bond in an amount equal to at least 5% of the total bid price shall accompany all bids. Small, Minority and Women-owned firms are encouraged to submit bids. The City Council reserves the right to: reject any and/or all bids; accept the bid deemed in the best interest of the City; waive any informalities in the bidding; delay the award of the bid until a regular Council meeting.
