Site work for a civil project in High River, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
As per design drawings and specifications, the contractor will provide materials and resources to complete rough grading of both phases 18-19, install deep utilities, and provide surface improvements within the RiverStone Phase 18A limits. The Rough Grading includes: All grading, embankment and compaction earthworks within the RiverStone Phase 18 and 19 limits. Scope will also involve coordination with City of Lethbridge Electric Utility (LEU) and ATCO Gas regarding the existing onsite utilities in Phase 18A. The Deep Utility Improvements include: All water, sanitary, and storm infrastructure within the RiverStone Phase 18A limits as noted on the plans. All lot servicing within the limits of Phase 18A. The Surfacing Improvements include: All roadways, lanes, pathways, sidewalks, curb and gutter within the Phase 18A limits.
