Project Catoctin Creek Watershed BMP29, BMP115, BMP 419 MS4 Stormwater Pond Retrofit Located within Briercrest Apartments, Cambridge Farms, Holy Family Catholic Church Description of Work: The work is located at the following location: 6911 Poole Jones Rd & 8122 Glendale Dr. The Work of this Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes but is not limited to the following: Protecting sewer infrastructure Grading unstable streambanks and installing bed and bank structures along the tributary Modifications to an existing farm pond to limit thermal impacts to the receiving tributary This project will be bid unclassified and no blasting is to be utilized on any site. Anticipated Schedule: Anticipated Notice of Award: April 2025 Anticipated Notice to Proceed: May 2025 Anticipated Completion: October 2025 All communications relative to the bid for this Work shall be directed to Justin Hedges, CPPB, PMP (301-600-1002), Procurement Supervisor prior to the opening of Bids and no later than April 4, 2025.
