The Project includes the following Work: The work entails the reconstruction of Egan Avenue from 2nd street to 9th street. The contractor will reconstruct Egan Avenue in three phases. Each phase will encompass the full reconstruction process. General items for each phase include but not limited to street, boulevard, and utility removals. Installation of new sanitary, watermain, and storm sewer. Construction of new street section, boulevard, sidewalk, pavement surfacing, and grass establishment.
