Site work for a mixed-use development in Eugene, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; water / sewer project; and bridge / tunnel.
The project involves grading and drainage improvements primarily within the Runaway Protection Zone (RPZ) of Runway 34R at Eugene Airport . These improvements include but are not limited to areas of mass and fine grading within an existing farm field, ditch regrading to promote positive drainage, drainage culvert replacements, a pump station with wet well installation, minor pavement repair, and associated electrical improvements.
