Renovation of a mixed-use development in Charlottesville, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

**As of May 6, 2025, the project was awarded to Crst Foodservice Equipment Company, Inc. but the awarded amount is not available.** Sealed bids are invited for the Dishwasher Replacement Multiple Locations. The project is generally described as vendor to disconnect and remove existing dishwasher and take to loading dock or place in school where requested. Vendor to receive, deliver, uncrate and install new dishwasher. Vendor to provide all final electrical, water and drain connections, including new booster heater specified in Appendix B - Appendix F at the following schools: Agnor Elementary School Albemarle High School Henley Middle School Hollymead Elementary School Journey Middle School If the County of Albemarle is closed for business at the time scheduled for bid opening, for whatever reason, sealed bids will be accepted and opened on the next scheduled business day, at the originally scheduled time. The estimated construction cost range for this project is $100,000 - $200,000. A Bid Bond is required for any bid which exceeds $100,000. The "Time for Completion" will be as detailed in the Bid Form. Bids to be considered shall be received in a sealed envelope marked as follows: County of Albemarle, Procurement Office, Room 248, Albemarle County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville, VA 22902 / Contract: Dishwasher Replacement Multiple Locations / IFB No. 2025-IFB-6040925 The contract shall be awarded on a lump sum basis as follows: The Total Base Bid Amount Contractor registration in accordance with Title 54.1, Chapter 11, of the Code of Virginia, is required. The County of Albemarle does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, national origin, age or disability, or against faith-based organizations as defined under the Virginia Public Procurement Act on the basis of such organization's religious or charitable character. Question Deadline 04/02/2025 Bidders must so act to assure that questions reach the Architect/Engineer at least seven (7) days prior to the time set for the receipt of bids to allow a sufficient time for an addendum to reach them before the submission of their bids. If an addendum is required for clarification or interpretation of the Bid Documents, the addendum will be issued not later than five (5) days prior to the date set for the receipt of bids except an addendum withdrawing the invitation for bid or one which includes postponement of the date set for the receipt of bids. The undersigned understands that time is of the essence and agrees that the date for Substantial Completion of the entire project shall be on or before August 1, 2025 based on a Notice authorizing Work to proceed on or before June 1, 2025 with construction to begin onsite June 9, 2025 and Final Completion shall be achieved within 30 consecutive calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion
