Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Ida Grove, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

**As of June 24,2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on July 7,2025.** Improvements to the existing wastewater treatment facility including, but not limited to, demolition of existing infrastructure, construction of a new headworks expansion including an automatic bar screen and vortex grit removal system, replacement of dry well pumps and piping, construction of an activated sludge treatment system, construction of an ultraviolet disinfection system, construction of an effluent flow measurement manhole, conversion of the existing final clarifiers to aerobic digesters, conversion of the existing RBC room into a new blower room, sludge press room, electrical room, and garage, construction of a sludge drying pad, construction of various site piping improvements, construction of manholes and valve vault, general building improvements, installation of a standby electrical generator with automatic transfer switch, site electrical improvements, controls improvements, and other site improvements. Bid alternates will also be considered for demolition of the primary clarifier and operation of the Contractor provided temporary RBC bypass system.
