Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Pearl City, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Project Description: A. The project consists of the following, as shown on the Contract Documents prepared by AMEL Technologies, Inc.: a. Removing existing Exhaust Fans (EF-1M through EF-46M and removing existing Supply Fans (SF-1M through SF-4M) and replacing with new exhaust fans and supply fans at the roof of Pearl City Bus Facility Maintenance Building. b. Replace existing electrical wiring and conduits, breakers as required as part of the exhaust fan and supply fan replacement project. c. Verify ON/OFF control switches operations on the maintenance floors to turn on and off the exhaust and supply fans on the roof. Requests for clarification regarding this bid solicitation may be directed to the Division of Purchasing by email address to bfspurchasinq@honolulu.gov. All requests shall be received no later than the date specified in the Solicitation Time Schedule. Requests received after the scheduled time may not be given consideration.
