The State of Hawaii, Department of Health ("DOH"), Developmental Disabilities Division ("DDD"), (hereinafter "STATE") seeks quotes for services which consist of inspection for damage and identification of repairs needed, roof repair, waterproofing, gutter cleaning and repair, ongoing repair and maintenance, routine roof inspection and maintenance, and roof repairs as described in the Scope of Work for all buildings at the Waimano Hale Complex - Hale A through F located at 2201 Waimano Home Road, Pearl City, Hawaii 96782. Roof repair services for leaking roofs, gutter cleaning, and repairs at the Waimano Hale Complex Hale A, D, and F shall be conducted as a work priority, with the other Hale roof repairs, Hale B, C, and E, to follow. The Contract shall be for a period of twelve (12) months. Unless terminated, the CONTRACTOR and the STATE may extend the term of the Contract for not more than five (5) additional twelve (12)-month periods, or portions thereof, without the necessity of re-soliciting, upon mutual agreement in writing at least sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the Contract and the execution of a supplemental Contract or Contract modification. The STATE desires to commence this Contract on June 1, 2025. However, due to the time required for evaluation, award, and execution of this Contract, the exact commencement date is indeterminate at this time
