Renovation of a service station / car wash facility in Pearl City, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility.
A pre-bid conference shall be held for construction projects with a total estimated contract value of $500,000 or more. To be eligible to bid, the prospective offeror must be licensed in accordance with Chapter 444, HRS, relating to the licensing of contractors. Question Deadline 11/13/2024 Requests for clarification regarding this bid solicitation may be directed to the Division of Purchasing by email address to bfspurchasing@honolulu.gov. Remove existing generator with sub-base diesel fuel tank, automatic transfer switch and associated conduit/wiring. Remove concrete pad for existing generator, acoustical insulation and louvers at existing Generator Room. Convert existing Generator Room to a Custodial Storage Room by patching the existing slab, relocating an existing door, infilling existing louver opening with CMU, adding windows and modifying the lighting system. Remove portions of CMU wall and concrete pad for the trash dumpster area to accommodate the new generator. Provide new weatherproof soundattenuating generator, automatic transfer switch, portable generator connection cabinet, conduit/wiring, junction boxes and recon
