The Department of Health, State Laboratories Division (SLD) is requesting a price quotation to replace the supply and exhaust HEPA filters for a BSC (Baker SG 503 A-HE; serial number 109773). Replacement HEPA filters shall be from the original equipment manufacturer or those approved by the original equipment manufacturer and be new.
