The work consists of furnishing all labor, material and equipment for repairs to the Napoleon Avenue Gate Complex and Nashville Circle Building as per the drawings and specifications provided in the Bidding Documents. The site is located along the east bank of the Mississippi River at Napoleon Ave. and Nashville Ave. in New Orleans, Louisiana. Restricted areas include port property between Felicity Street and Henry Clay Avenue, Alabo Street Wharf, Jourdan Road Wharf, the Julia Street and Erato Street Cruise Terminals, and during cargo activities at Poland Avenue Wharf and Governor Nicholls Street Wharf. Prospective bidders must provide their own Harbor Police Department (HPD) approved TWIC escorts for those in their party who do not have a TWIC. Note that only contractors with open Board contracts are eligible to be on the approved escort list.
