Site work for a water / sewer project in Carson, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Rowanty Technical Center is soliciting informal, unsealed bids for the materials and replacement of a 12,000 gallon water tank on our campus. The Contractor shall furnish all material, labor, equipment and tools to replace the existing 12,000 gallon tank with a new 12,000 gallon steel, horizontal storage tank that is fabricated to the specifications of the existing tank. Rowanty Technical Center is also requesting an additional quote to replace the above ground sections of piping for the tanks suction and discharge lines. The addition of this work will be dependent on the total cost of the project. Rowanty Technical Center reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or parts of bids. Rowanty Technical Center reserves the right to award the contract on such material/service that will best serve its interest and not solely on the lowest bid.
